Campaign Management Specialist

Adecco Creative and Marketing is partnering with a leading global technology company to find a Campaign Management Specialist to join their team in Seattle, WA. This is a contract opportunity for a detail-oriented, highly organized professional with experience in e-commerce, campaign operations, or project coordination.

Pay: $45–$55/hour

The Campaign Management Specialist will support the execution of e-commerce sales campaigns, including campaign setup, creative and asset coordination, approvals, promotional content, and performance tracking. This is a highly detail-oriented, execution-focused role for someone who is comfortable working with data and following established processes.

• Coordinate campaign resources, creative assets, approvals, and launch timelines.
• Support e-commerce campaign and promotional configuration across relevant platforms.
• Prepare and update campaign communications, materials, and performance reports.
• Monitor campaign and supply data, identify discrepancies, and maintain daily reporting.
• Track campaign performance by channel and industry and support post-campaign reporting.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule.

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce, campaign operations, marketing operations, or project coordination.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and organizational skills.
• Comfortable following SOPs and managing repetitive, deadline-driven processes.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• E-commerce or marketplace campaign experience is a plus.
