Aboutthe Opportunity
We are seeking a highly-motivated professional to step into a pivotal role, driving the media approach and investment strategies for brand marketing and event initiatives. In this position, you will own end-to-end media campaign management, developing and managing consumer-facing campaigns that cultivate brand loyalty and unlock significant growth opportunities. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who is deeply analytical, naturally curious, and adept at managing multiple projects to deliver innovative and effective plans.
You will have a profound impact by shaping how our brands connect with audiences, ensuring our campaigns resonate and achieve measurable success.
- Own end-to-end cross-channel media planning and execution for specific campaigns, managing external media agencies and internal activation teams to translate business objectives into compelling media strategies.
- Partner closely with internal marketing stakeholders on the broader marketing campaign strategy, serving as the expert in paid media.
- Drive real-time campaign optimizations based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and compile regular reporting from multiple sources to inform decisions.
- Develop comprehensive campaign wrap reports, providing strategic and actionable insights that guide future initiatives.
- Advise leadership and stakeholders, clearly articulating the rationale behind decisions and recommendations.
- Leverage your expertise to lead projects beyond daily campaign work, influencing the media team and broader marketing organization.
- Navigate a highly-matrixed organization with integrity and self-sufficiency, representing your team effectively.
- Collaborate with other media managers across the organization to optimize overall investment decisions and insights, ensuring the most audience-driven expression possible.
- Contribute valuable insights to the overall advertising portfolio strategy and investment models.
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
- In-depth knowledge of cross-channel media strategy and experience leading complex business initiatives at an agency or in-house with a large advertiser.
- Proven experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience using data and metrics to drive improvements and inform strategic decisions.
- Experience using industry media planning tools such as Nielsen, Kantar, Comscore, etc.
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing and collaborating effectively.
- Experience in audience segmentation and targeting.
- Deep knowledge in auction-based media, including programmatic and paid social.
