What We’re Looking For
We are currently hiring a full-time Gift Processing Administrator to join our Development team.
As the Gift Processing Administrator Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting Food Lifeline’s philanthropic efforts by ensuring the accurate, timely, and confidential processing of all charitable contributions. You’ll manage day-to-day gift entries, donor record maintenance, acknowledgment letters, and database integrity helping ensure every donor’s generosity is handled with care and precision.
This role works closely with the Giving Team, Fundraising Data Analyst, and Finance to support accurate reporting, donor stewardship, and compliance with ethical fundraising standards. You’ll also assist with seasonal volume management, administrative volunteers, and ongoing data integrity projects.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, enjoys working with data and systems, and takes pride in supporting donor relationships and nonprofit impact through operational excellence.
Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $28/hour - $34/hour
