We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented VISTA to join our team.
This pivotal role focuses on developing and strengthening systems that support program delivery, data collection, and grant funding. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant organization dedicated to making a positive impact on youth in Seattle. Duties
The VISTA at Seattle SCORES will be part of the Coach Across America nationwide cohort. The VISTA will: support day-to-day program operations, including coordination with schools, scheduling, logistics, and documentation; maintain systems that support coaches and facilitators in the field; track program participation, attendance, and outcomes to support continuous improvement and reporting; support grant management by tracking deadlines, organizing documentation, and assisting with funder reports;
contribute program data and narratives to grant renewals and fundraising materials; assist with donor and funder stewardship through impact reporting and data support; and identify operational gaps and help implement improvements that increase efficiency and program quality.
