POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Administrative Manager serves as the primary administrative and operational support professional for a mission-driven nonprofit organization, ensuring seamless day-to-day office operations and exceptional service to members, volunteers, and organizational leadership. This role supports board and committee activities, membership communications, office systems, publications, and fundraising administration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently in a small office environment.

- Manage daily office operations, communications, scheduling, records, and administrative workflows
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members, volunteers, board members, and external inquiries
- Coordinate board and committee meetings, materials, communications, and organizational documentation
- Maintain membership systems, databases, office technology platforms, and organizational records
- Support publications, fundraising administration, website updates, social media content, and member communications
- Monitor office supplies, vendor relationships, and operational processes while identifying opportunities for improvement
- Experience supporting office administration, nonprofit operations, executive support, or office management functions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer service and member-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning and utilizing various technology platforms and administrative systems
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with volunteers, leadership teams, and diverse stakeholders
- $25-$35 per hour, commensurate with experience
