Mission - Capernaum Seattle

Job Summary

Part‑time ministry support role in a Capernaum‑only program. 10‑20 hours per week, minimum 2‑year commitment, with leadership of clubs, contact work, events, and fundraising.

• Plan, organize, and run weekly club sessions as Team Leader.
• Plan, organize, and implement monthly special events and fundraisers.
• Participate in contact work at 1‑2 local schools (volunteer).
• Lead teams or individuals in spiritual development (prayer, fellowship, discipleship).
• Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising volunteer leaders.
• Support ministry operations including accounting, data management, and communications.
• Serve on summer assignments at a Young Life camp each year.
• Perform other duties as assigned that align with the role.

• College degree preferred.
• Proven relational skills with children and adults.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Belief in Jesus Christ as personal Savior (Statement of Faith).

Annual salary range $10,000‑$19,000, pay adjusted for cost of living based on ZIP code. Position eligible for COLA.

Part‑time (10‑20 hrs/week), 2‑year commitment, Capernaum area ministry.
