Are you passionate about advancing women in business and transforming workplaces through community? Next Up Pacific Northwest is looking for motivated, committed volunteers to join our regional board and help us grow our impact across the Pacific Northwest.

About Next Up PNW Next Up is a national nonprofit dedicated to advancing all women, growing business, and transforming workplaces through the power of community. Our Pacific Northwest region is made up of dedicated volunteers who bring this mission to life through events, programming, and member engagement across Washington and Oregon.

• Engagement Committee Build and sustain a vibrant, connected community. Support member engagement, volunteer recruitment, and create experiences that drive belonging and retention.
• Communications Committee Manage social media, email marketing, event promotion, and content creation. Keep our community informed and inspired through storytelling and brand-aligned content.
• Programming Committee Plan and execute events, panels, workshops, and learning experiences that bring our members together and deliver real value.
• Operations Committee Keep the board organized and running smoothly. Support systems, processes, documentation, and cross-committee communication.
• Finance Committee Oversee regional financial health, budget tracking, and fiscal reporting. Ensure responsible stewardship of regional resources.
• Growth and Development Committee Support member and volunteer growth through mentorship, professional development programming, and leadership opportunities.
• Regional Alliances Committee Build and maintain relationships with local sponsors, corporate partners, and community organizations to grow Next Up PNW's reach and impact.

What We Are Looking For

• Passion for advancing women in the workplace
• Ability to attend monthly committee meetings and regional events
• Self-starter who follows through on commitments
• Willingness to collaborate and communicate proactively
• Based in the Pacific Northwest

Time Commitment Monthly committee meetings, occasional event support, and ongoing committee responsibilities throughout the year.
