26-27 MADF Engagement and Program Improvement Coordinator
This is an Ameri Corps/Washington Service Corps national service position. It is contingent on funding and open until filled. Making A Difference Foundation (MADF) is a Tacoma-based nonprofit. We work to reduce poverty, hunger, and instability. We focus on improving access to food, housing, job training, and other support programs. Many people who use emergency food services also face barriers in transportation, health, housing.
They often do not know about other resources available. The member will serve in our Community Access & Engagement Initiative. They will help improve services by engaging clients, collecting data, and supporting process improvements. This is a great chance to get hands‑on experience in public health, community engagement, resource navigation, and nonprofit service. We expect to begin rolling review of applications and interviews in late June.
Monthly stipend amount: $1,942.
The Engagement and Program Improvement Coordinator will improve program delivery by documenting feedback and supporting process improvement. They will gather client feedback; identify relevant trends and barriers; support program evaluation and track data; support general outreach and engagement.
