CRISTA Ministries ("CRISTA") is a Christian church community that exists to exercise and express its Christian beliefs. POSITION SUMMARY The Major Gifts Officer (MGO) plays a crucial role in the overall fundraising strategy for World Concern, focusing on helping achieve major gift fundraising and planned giving initiatives. The MGO will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with existing and prospective donors and stewarding donors throughout the major giving process. Understand donor interests in World Concern (WC) with the objective to move them into a larger commitment by providing personalized attention, appreciation, spiritual development and information on programs of personal interest.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (General overview and may include all details of responsibilities)

• Manage a portfolio of 120 donors giving $10,000+ and high-capacity prospects, securing major gifts at the $10K to $1M level, as well as identifying donors and prospects that have the capacity to give at a higher level.
