Cooper House believes that the earliest years of a child's life shape everything that comes after, and every family they serve is proof of what's possible when the right support arrives at the right time. As the organization takes an exciting step toward independent nonprofit status, they are looking for an Executive Director to help carry that mission into the future.

This is a rare opportunity to help shape an organization at a pivotal moment while advancing a proven model of care. The Executive Director will partner with a committed Board and a talented team of staff members to build a strong funding base, expand access to Cooper House's services, and increase visibility for a model of care that truly changes lives.

You will be the public face of the organization, building relationships with funders, community partners, and early childhood advocates across the region.

• People‑first leadership style with experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, and strategic planning.

• Background in early childhood, mental health, or human services (plus).
• Strong belief in the power of early intervention and ability to inspire others around a shared mission.

Salary: $190,000 to $220,000 DOE. Very generous benefits package.
