The Archdiocese of Seattle seeks a Director of Pastoral Ministries to lead the Parish Family's liturgy, faith formation, OCIA, outreach, social justice and evangelization; align programs with the pastor's vision and coordinate with the Pastoral Leadership Council.
Responsibilities include organizing sacramental and evangelization programs, managing the Faith Formation team of 4–6 staff, budgeting, and representing the parish in regional meetings; evening/weekend availability is required.
