Leadership Giving Manager - Pacific Tower
The Leadership Giving Manager leads major and mid-level giving and plays a key role in setting direction for campaigns (Spring Give, Feast, End-of-Year) and other priority fundraising efforts, working closely with the Executive Director, development, and marketing staff to execute coordinated outreach and stewardship strategies. The Leadership Giving Manager plays a central role in advancing Neighbor care Health's development strategies by building and sustaining strong, trust-based relationships with individual, corporate and foundation donors and partners.
This position manages strategic relationships with current and prospective donors by using data, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement. This role will identify and qualify donor prospects, guide cultivation and stewardship strategies, and grow impactful philanthropic partnerships over time. As a thought partner to the Chief of Community Engagement/Executive Director of the Foundation, the Leadership Giving Manager will manage engagement of senior leaders, board members, and key staff with donors and prospects, aligning their donor work so that it is thoughtful, strategic, and effective.

Compensation:
- The target wage range for the position is $37.22 per hour to $45.54 per hour.
- Final offers are individually based on various factors, including skill set, years of experience, location, qualifications, work schedule and other job-related reasons.
In this position you will:
- Donor Strategy, Cultivation & Stewardship (80%)
- Manage and grow a portfolio of major and mid‑level donors and prospects, building long‑term, relationship‑focused partnerships.
- Analyze donor data and reports from Raiser's Edge to identify prospects, track movement, and inform cultivation and stewardship strategies that reflect organizational priorities, donor interests, and long‑term engagement goals.
- Meet regularly with major donors and prospects to cultivate them towards making major gifts, design small, meaningful engagement and stewardship opportunities that deepen their connection to Neighbor care Health's clients, leadership, staff, mission and impact.
- Serve as a thought partner to the Chief of Community Engagement and Executive Director of the Foundation on all strategic aspects of the fundraising program, including collaborative initiatives with executives, leaders, and board members.
- Maintain and grow relationships with foundations and corporate partners to strengthen engagement, sponsorship, and financial support.
- Campaign Strategy & Leadership Giving Initiatives (20%)
- Lead strategy for major and mini campaigns, including audience segmentation, promotion and communications plan, and donor cultivation for major donors, mid‑level donors, and corporate partners.
- Collaborate with the Events & Engagement Coordinator and Marketing Coordinator to ensure campaign strategies are executed effectively across all channels.
Required Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to represent Neighbor care Health effectively to diverse external audiences.
- Strong strategic thinking and judgment to develop cultivation and stewardship strategies that align donor interests with organizational priorities.
- Ability to analyze and use donor data and reports from donor CRM to identify prospects, track relationship movement, and inform fundraising strategy.
- Ability to work independently in the absence of instruction while meeting deadlines in a relationship-driven environment.
- Ability to handle privileged information in a discreet and confidential manner in compliance with HIPPA/Confidentiality policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office software (including Word, Excel, and Outlook).
