The Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI) is seeking a Shelter Operations Manager for Clover Leaf Village in Seattle. You will supervise staff, ensure a safe environment for program participants, and provide emergency coverage as needed, working with Shelter Monitors, Case Managers and LIHI Management.
Responsibilities include staff hiring/training, evaluations, incident reporting, coordination of shelter operations, safety enforcement, and community outreach.
