ALL) Coalition Lead is a hands-on senior coalition role responsible for leading and operationalizing the WA4
ALL coalition strategy, partner engagement, and external alignment across advocacy, policy, organizing, electoral, corporate accountability, and narrative campaigns.
Under the direction of the Chief of Staff, this role translates organizational priorities into a disciplined coalition strategy and the day-to-day systems needed to move partners toward shared action. The Coalition Lead will recruit, engage, and organize a broad-based, big-tent table that makes space for organizations across the movement spectrum, including labor, business, faith, service, nonprofit, community, elected, and advocacy sectors.
This role requires both strategic leadership and strong execution: the ability to hold complex relationships, manage political dynamics, facilitate alignment, track commitments, support mobilization, coordinate communications, and move work forward through influence, clarity, and follow-through.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Virtual second panel interview with a performance task. All candidates who submit performance task and attend the second interview will receive a $100 e-gift card for compensation of their time.
