None, The Washington Trust is thrilled to host a new series of community events at the historic Stimson-Green Mansion! Every Thursday, we open the doors of this vintage house and welcome in the community for a fun-filled evening. Dubbed Thursdays at the Mansion, this event series ranges from pop-up trivia nights to concerts to ballroom dance nights and more.
Volunteer OpportunitiesWe are in need of volunteers to help us get the word out! We are looking for a handful of folks who are willing to walk around First Hill and Capitol Hill hanging up posters in small businesses in our community. Posters share the new slate of events coming up each month at the Mansion. At the end of each month, we aim to hang and/or hand out 50 posters.
Responsibilities- Walk around First Hill and Capitol Hill hanging up posters in small businesses.
- Share the new slate of events coming up each month at the Mansion.
- Hang and/or hand out 50 posters at the end of each month.
- Be comfortable walking or rolling for up to two miles through neighborhood streets.
- Be comfortable chatting with small business owners to ask permission to hang flyers.
