Boys & Girls Clubs of King County (BGCKC) is seeking a Club Relationship Officer to build and deepen relationships with Club families, alumni families, community volunteers, and Club Advisory Boards cultivating them into donors, advocates, and ambassadors who strengthen community powered philanthropy across King County.

The Club Relationship Officer is a strategic frontline fundraising and engagement role responsible for identifying, cultivating, and converting Club families (parents/guardians and alumni families) into long-term donors and advocates.

This role also leads the growth, activation, and stewardship of Club Advisory Boards (CABs) clubhouse and neighborhood‑based volunteer groups that strengthen community ownership, drive peer‑to‑peer fundraising, and deepen engagement across Boys & Girls Clubs of King County’s 11 clubhouses and 23 school‑based clubs.

A key dimension of this role is activating families and community volunteers in support of signature, countywide events that elevate mission visibility, celebrate youth, and generate critical philanthropic support. Equally important, this role builds internal capacity by partnering with Club staff to embed a culture of family engagement and philanthropy across the organization.

• Design and execute a strategy to identify, segment, and engage Club parents and family members as prospective donors.
• Build a pipeline that moves families from program participants to engaged supporters to donors to ambassadors.
• Partner with Club staff to integrate fundraising touchpoints into the family experience (e.g., enrollment, events, milestones).
• Conduct outreach (1:1 meetings, calls, events e.g. lunch and learns) to cultivate relationships with parents and caregivers.
• Develop tailored giving opportunities aligned with Club priorities (e.g., teen programming, scholarships, enrichment activities).

• Manage a portfolio of parent and community‑based donors and prospects. Partner with Corporate Giving and Community Engagement Officer on club‑based volunteering.
• Lead donor cultivation strategies including storytelling, impact reporting, and personalized engagement.
• Execute solicitations for annual gifts, campaign contributions, and peer‑to‑peer fundraising participation.
• Steward donors through consistent communication, recognition, and meaningful involvement opportunities.
• Track engagement and giving activity in CRM systems and contribute to revenue goals.

• Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and evolution of Club Advisory Boards across 11 clubhouses and 22 school‑based club clusters.
