Refugee Women's Alliance (ReWA) is hiring a Senior Director of Advancement in Seattle, WA to lead the organization's fundraising, communications, marketing, volunteer engagement, and community outreach efforts.

• Pay:$140,000-$180,000 annually DOE
• Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, LTD, 403(b), PTO, paid holidays, and more
• Location: Hybrid within the Seattle area. While the primary administrative offices are located in Seattle, candidates may work from one of ReWA's office locations with regular travel between sites as needed.
• Schedule: Full time, exempt position (37.5 hour standard workweek) with flexibility for occasional evening and weekend events, donor functions, and board meetings.
• Reports To: Executive Director
• Supervises: Advancement, development, communications, marketing, and volunteer engagement staff
