The Mountaineers is seeking a Development Officer to lead and grow our individual giving programs with a focus on major gifts. Reporting to the Director of Community Engagement, you will solicit major gifts and bequest commitments while deepening donor engagement with Peak Society and Summit Society.
You will develop a stewardship plan, oversee donor communications to demonstrate impact, and help build a CRM infrastructure.
