Verovian Nursing Agency seeks a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Critical Care Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) team in Seattle, Washington.

As an RN in our IMCU, you will provide compassionate care to critically ill patients who require intermediate-level monitoring and treatment. This role requires strong clinical skills, critical thinking abilities, and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide direct nursing care to patients admitted to the IMCU, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
• Monitor patient vital signs and conditions closely, identifying changes and implementing appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor responses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and recovery plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and reports.
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Review and revise medical policies and procedures, as needed.

Candidate requirements

• Current RN license in Washington.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in critical care or IMCU settings is preferred.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
