We are a doctor‑owned company with an expert team to support you. The RN would be doing nursing assessments, visits, and delegations throughout King and Snohomish County. We provide a wide range of services to help individuals remain in their homes. Some of our current client care includes working with clients with dementia, spinal cord injuries, brain injury, and bone and joint injury. Some of the nursing visits can include but are not limited to infusion therapy, wound care, setting medications, providing injections, compression wraps, urostomy appliance change, and ventilator care.
We also provide Care Management services as well as RN Delegation. Preferred candidates will have a wide range of experience in many areas of nursing including supervising caregivers.
We provide services with CARE-Compassion, Accountability, Results, & Expertise.
We take private pay clients, so the documentation is amazing and simple!
Duties, Responsibilities, & Accountabilities- RN Home Health visits
- Responsible for RN delegations and documentation. If you don’t have experience with this, we can train you
- Write Plans of Care and assure they are being followed
- Observe client for changes in condition and report such changes to Clinical Director
- Document nursing observations, interventions and evaluations of the care being provided
- Conduct assessments which includes opening new client cases
- Address emergent nursing issues
- Supervise Caregivers (CNA, HCA) by providing coaching and training
- Clinical administrative work
- Rotate being on‑call for urgent nursing matters via phone or visits
- Must be an RN in the State of Washington and graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
- Must demonstrate an ability to practice independently in the delivery of nursing care
- 2 to 3 years’ clinical experience; preferably in rehabilitation, home care, hospital, or hospice
- Ability to read and write in English
- Require reliable vehicle for use when traveling to worksites
- A valid Washington State Driver’s License
- Proof of current auto liability insurance
- Computer literate with experience in different computer programs
- Strong grasp of legal and ethical issues pertaining to confidentiality
