** team, providing the care and compassion our residents’ needs. They will support our Director of Nursing with assessments, admissions, fill in with community support, and be a trusted advocate for our incredible residents and team!
** Our Registered Nurses:
*** Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to our wonderful residents.
* Support the
** DON (
** Director of Nursing) with assessments, admissions, and other duties as assigned.
* Work with a team of professionals to ensure the residents comprehensive needs are met.
* Review routines, calendar of events and resident needs
* Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted
* Ensure all charting and record keeping is accurate and complete
* Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of

** Culture of Excellence,
** in all areas of responsibility.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
** What you need to succeed!
*** Be a graduate of an accredited RN program
* Have an active RN license in the state, in good standing
* Experience in Assisted Living or Long-term Care (2 years or more) preferred.
* Have flexibility, able to work the occasional weekend/holiday as needed.
* Provide leadership and supervision to nursing team members
* Have knowledge of DHS Regulations
* Possess superb interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well and collaboratively with team members and external constituents
*
* Physical Requirements:

*** On occasion, may need to push/pull/support up to 75lbs.
