We are hiring full-time and per diem/on-call RNs, with a signing bonus for new team members. • Evaluate the patient and home health environment to determine required services and complete timely OASIS documentation as required.
• Develop and implement a patient-centered care plan in collaboration with the patient and/or caregivers.
• Apply nursing skills including wound care, catheter care, disease process education, and medication teaching, among others.
• On rotation for weekend on-call, triaging and addressing after-hours nursing needs when necessary; on-call weekends are generously compensated.
• Maintain active RN license in good standing in the state of Washington.
• Recent home health experience and proficiency in Medicare OASIS E is a plus; training and mentoring provided for strong candidates at all experience levels.
• Must have a reliable car with current insurance and a current driver s license.
