RN - OBGYN

The High Risk Antepartum Registered Nurse will provide specialized care for patients experiencing high-risk pregnancies. The role involves assessment, monitoring, and communication with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Assist with sterile speculum exams, including evaluation of effacement, dilation, station, and presentation.
• Maintain central lines (CVC/PICC) and manage IV therapy.
• Administer anticoagulants, insulin drips, and magnesium sulfate therapy.
• Circulate for C-sections as needed.
• Provide care for patients with high-risk antepartum diagnoses including PTL, previa, preeclampsia, diabetes, hypertension, twins, and substance use disorders.
• Support families experiencing fetal demise or loss, and postpartum mothers with infants in NICU.

• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, with exposure to C-Sections and high-risk pregnancy management.
• Current Washington state RN license or Compact license.
• Required
  
  Certifications:
  
  AWHONN Advanced, BLS, NRP.
• ACLS certification is preferred.
