Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center GW Health is a full‑service hospital in Washington, DC that integrates clinical care with community providers, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC’s), The George Washington University Hospital and an urgent care center in Ward 8. The integrated delivery system provides a robust network of care for all District residents, especially those in Wards 7 and 8 who need high quality care in their community.
This full‑service hospital includes 136 beds (expandable to 184), a verified trauma center, adult and pediatric emergency departments, maternal health and newborn delivery, an ambulatory pavilion for clinic visits and other outpatient services, a 500‑car garage and a helipad for emergency transport.
We are seeking an experienced Endoscopy Registered Nurse (PRN‑Days). The ideal candidate will provide safe, competent nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures, which includes preparing patients for the procedure, administering sedation, monitoring vital signs during the procedure, assisting the physician with instruments and ensuring patient recovery afterwards while maintaining a sterile environment and adhering to strict infection control protocols.

QualificationsRequirements:
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN‑approved RN program
- BLS certification
- DC RN license
- Prefer one year full time or three years part time experience in an acute care setting
- Requirements specified for specialty unit

- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to adapt to multiple and changing priorities
