Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner – General Medical Practice (Full-Time)

Noble Physicians is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing general medical practice. This role focuses on comprehensive outpatient care within an integrated medical and behavioral health model, emphasizing thoughtful, patient-centered medicine.
We welcome applications from PA-C, NP, and DNP clinicians with experience or strong interest in internal medicine, family medicine, or primary care–based specialty practice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outpatient medical evaluation and management for adult patients
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform comprehensive histories, physical exams, and care planning
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies
- Prescribe medications and manage ongoing treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with physicians, behavioral health clinicians, and care teams
- Provide patient education and preventive care counseling
- Document clinical care accurately and efficiently in the EHR
- Participate in care coordination and population health initiatives
- Licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP or DNP)
- Active Washington State license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in internal medicine, family medicine, or outpatient primary care preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Comfort working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
