• Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering pertinent diagnostic tests, and developing personalized care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic health issues independently or in collaboration with physicians, depending on your credentials
• Providing education to patients and families focused on prevention, wellness, and effective disease management
• Prescribing necessary medications and treatments within your established scope of practice
• Involved in continuous patient follow-up and ongoing chronic care management
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to offer seamless, comprehensive care
• Meticulously documenting patient interactions within electronic medical records (EMR)

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Washington State
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or suitable equivalent
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (or the ability to obtain within 90 days)
