Description

Responsible for the direct planning, leading, organization and control of defined area. This may include responsibility for the 24‑hour management of Anesthesia, Surgery, Endoscopy, Electro‑Convulsive Therapy, Post‑Anesthesia Recovery Unit, and Sterile Processing at the responsible Campus. Responsible for staff development, implementation of standards and quality control, and for all clinical and operational activities of the units in accordance with Swedish Medical Center's mission, vision, and values.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, from an accredited school of nursing
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • Display the competencies of nurse leadership
  • 3 years recent experience in related clinical area of nursing with demonstrated clinical knowledge and leadership qualities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Nursing, or related field

The Team
