An established outpatient pediatric clinic in the Seattle, WA area is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a per diem primary care assignment. This is a well-supported, outpatient-only opportunity with a consistent schedule, strong clinical team, and an established patient panel.

• Setting: 100% outpatient (pediatrics)
• Compensation:
  Starting at $100/hour+ (DOE)

Provide outpatient pediatric primary care in a collaborative environment, focusing on preventive care, routine visits, and management of common acute and chronic conditions.

Average patient volume: 18-22 patients per day (adjust if needed — this is more realistic and attractive)

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient pediatric care
• Perform routine wellness visits and preventive screenings
• Diagnose and manage common pediatric conditions
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation

• Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Active Washington state license or ability to obtain
• Pediatric or primary care experience preferred
• Local candidates strongly preferred

• Flexible per diem schedule (3 days/week)
• Outpatient-only – no call, no inpatient duties
