An established outpatient pediatric clinic in the Seattle, WA area is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a per diem primary care assignment. This is a well-supported, outpatient-only opportunity with a consistent schedule, strong clinical team, and an established patient panel.
Assignment Details- Schedule:
3 days per week (per diem) - Start Date:
ASAP - Duration:
Ongoing with potential for extension - Setting: 100% outpatient (pediatrics)
- Compensation:
Starting at $100/hour+ (DOE)
Provide outpatient pediatric primary care in a collaborative environment, focusing on preventive care, routine visits, and management of common acute and chronic conditions.
Average patient volume: 18-22 patients per day (adjust if needed — this is more realistic and attractive)
Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive outpatient pediatric care
- Perform routine wellness visits and preventive screenings
- Diagnose and manage common pediatric conditions
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Active Washington state license or ability to obtain
- Pediatric or primary care experience preferred
- Local candidates strongly preferred
- Flexible per diem schedule (3 days/week)
- Outpatient-only – no call, no inpatient duties
- Established patient panel
- Supportive clinical and administrative team
- Ongoing assignment with extension potential
