Position Overview
Swedish First Hill is seeking a registered nurse to provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care in the operating room environment.
Hiring Bonus$10,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment.
Required Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association certification upon hire.
- Minimum one year of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership in the operating room.

Pay Range: $48.85 – $89.91 per hour (base pay) with potential for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
