Job Description
The University of Washington’s Department of Medicine, Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology is seeking an ARNP/PA for a full‑time teaching associate position.
Responsibilities- Provide hepatology consultative services for outpatients in General Hepatology, Transplant Hepatology, and Liver Tumor clinics at UWMC‑Montlake.
- Collaborate independently and collaboratively with attending physicians, PA and NP teams, and multidisciplinary specialists in inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Engage in teaching, research, and service activities as part of university faculty responsibilities.
- Graduate degree from an accredited nurse practitioner program or PA program, or foreign equivalent.
- Current, valid ARNP or PA‑C licensure in Washington State.
- Nationally certified ARNP/PA with DEA authorization.
- Proven excellence working in interdisciplinary collaborative team environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and clinical expertise with chronic and acute gastrointestinal and liver illnesses.
