Job Overview

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide home health services across Skagit, King, Snohomish, Kitsap, Pierce, Thurston, and Whatcom Counties. The role requires an active Washington/Compact RN license and offers a flexible schedule with opportunities to work full‑time or part‑time.

• Competitive weekly pay ranging from $45 to $52 per hour, based on experience, tenure, and hours worked. Minimum 30 hours per week for the lower range; 36 hours per week for the higher range.
• Referral bonus for bringing talented professionals to MGA.
• Flexible schedule to balance work and personal life. Full‑time and part‑time positions available.
• No per diem at this time.

• Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other appropriate personnel.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and care.
• Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care accurately and comprehensively.
• Educate patients and families on disease process, self‑care techniques, prevention strategies, and nursing needs.

• Active RN license in Washington/Compact.
• Attention to detail.
• Time‑management skills.
• Effective problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Good organization and communication skills.
• Home health experience preferred.

• No minimal weekly caseload/visits; 1:1 caseload.
