The Surgery department you’ll guide as a Surgical Services Nurse Manager is busy, efficient, and collaboration-focused, supporting a broad range of specialties from orthopedics and general surgery to minimally invasive and robotic procedures. Streamlined workflows, thoughtful block scheduling, and data‑informed decision‑making help an OR Nurse Manager keep rooms turning efficiently without compromising safety or patient experience.
