Job Overview

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for MGA Homecare, serving the counties of Skagit, King, Snohomish, Kitsap, Pierce, Thurston, and Whatcom in Washington. Competitive hourly pay of $40 to $47, flexible full‑time or part‑time schedules, and paid training and CEU opportunities.

• Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other appropriate personnel.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and care.
• Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care accurately and comprehensively.
• Educate patients and families on the disease process, self‑care techniques, prevention strategies, and other nursing needs.

• Active LPN License in Washington/Compact (required).
• Attention to detail.
• Time‑management skills.
• Effective problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Good organization and effective communication.
• Home‑health experience (preferred).
