Weekend CNA Certified Nursing Assistant

Kline Galland Home is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide care during every weekend (Saturday and Sunday). This role offers flexible night shifts, a supportive care team, and a $1,000 sign‑on bonus for eligible hires.

  Every Weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
• Shift: Night
• Employment Type:
  
  Part‑Time or Full‑Time (availability varies)
• Hourly Pay: $23.00 – $25.00
• Sign‑On Bonus: $1,000
• Hours:
  
  Double shifts or 8‑hour shifts each weekend
• Higher pay for working both Saturday and Sunday

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, feeding, and basic hygiene
• Perform basic patient care duties such as taking vital signs, observing residents, and reporting changes in condition
• Assist with resident mobility, including ambulation, turning, positioning, and range‑of‑motion exercises
• Provide compassionate, resident‑centered care in a team environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Must work every Saturday and Sunday
• Washington State Department of Health Certification as a Nursing Assistant (NA‑C)
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Experience as a nursing assistant
• Ability to lift, move, or assist patients using proper body mechanics
• Ability to occasionally lift or push up to 50 lbs. and pull up to 100 lbs.
