Position Overview

Skyline at First Hill is hiring a Assisted Living Wellness Nurse – AL/LPN on a part‑time basis. The role involves providing direct nursing care to residents, administering medications, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Pay is $42–$47 per hour.

• Provides direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and state regulations.
• Administers medications and treatments, monitors effectiveness, and reports changes in condition.
• Completes and maintains accurate clinical documentation, MARs, TARs, and resident records.
• Conducts resident assessments and participates in service plan development and reviews.
• Coordinates with physicians, pharmacies, and external providers as needed.
• Communicates resident condition changes to physicians, families, and leadership.
• Supervises and supports CNAs/med techs; provides guidance and oversight of care delivery.
• Ensures compliance with infection control practices, medication management, and regulatory standards.
• Participates in admissions, discharges, incident reporting, and resident care meetings.
• Responds to resident and family concerns and assists with resolution.

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Active LPN license in the state in good standing.
• Experience in a nursing home (assisted living or long‑term care preferred, but not required).
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends or holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of DHS regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members and external individuals.
• Completion of background check and drug screen required; additional pre‑employment screenings may include physical exam, TB test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.
