Regional Nurse; RN

As a Regional Nurse, you’ll play a vital leadership role supporting several assisted living communities within your region. You’ll serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing teams, ensuring that residents receive compassionate, high‑quality care while helping communities remain compliant with state regulations and company standards. This is a rewarding opportunity to influence care practices, develop strong nursing teams, and make a real difference in the lives of residents and their families.

• Provide clinical oversight and guidance to community nursing teams.
• Support and mentor Directors of Nursing and care staff to ensure quality resident outcomes.
• Conduct audits, monitor compliance, and help implement best practices in resident care.
• Assist with training, onboarding, and ongoing development of nursing staff.
• Partner with Executive Directors and leadership teams to maintain regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
• Travel regularly within the region to visit communities and provide hands‑on support.

• Current RN license in good standing (multi‑state license a plus).
• 3+ years of multi‑site nursing leadership experience, preferably in assisted living, long‑term care, or senior living.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing assisted living and healthcare.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• A passion for senior care and mentoring clinical teams.
• Flexibility to travel regularly within the assigned region.
