Judson Park in Des Moines, WA, a Human Good community nationally rated as Best Independent Living and Best Memory Care of  by U.S News & World Report, is looking for a motivated Certified Nursing Assistant (NAC/CNA) to join our team!

As a CNA you will actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You will develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist them to maximize independence and participation by providing exemplary care for basic needs, activities of daily living, and recreational activities. You will help create a safe environment to provide resident care.

• Part Time:
  Sunday 6AM – 2PM
• Part Time:
  Sunday 2PM – 10PM

New graduate starts at $20.50 per hour. Potential to earn up to $32.00 per hour for 20+ years of licensed CNA experience.

• Certified Nursing Assistant (Washington State NAC/CNA) certificate
• Prior CNA or caregiving experience strongly preferred
