We are immediately hiring a full‑time RN Registered Nurse, which includes a $10,000 sign on bonus (signing bonus is prorated if hired Part time).
Responsibilities- Evaluating the patient and home health environment to determine required services, completing timely OASIS documentation as required.
- Developing and implementing a patient‑centered care plan in collaboration with the patient and/or caregivers.
- Using all your nursing skills including wound care, catheter care, disease process education, and teaching on medication, among others.
- Being on rotation for weekend on‑call, triaging and addressing after‑hours nursing needs if necessary. On‑call weekends are generously compensated.
- An active Registered Nurse in good standing within the state of Washington.
- Recent home health experience and proficiency in Medicare OASIS E is a plus, but we provide training and mentoring for strong candidates at all experience levels.
- Must also have a reliable car with current insurance coverage and a current driver's license.
