Lance Soft is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Seattle, Washington.

ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

Perm candidates from any other provincial facility (NON SWEDISH) are eligible for a travel contract if they have been separated for at least 3 months. All Swedish facilities honor an active compact license.

• 2 Yr Exp
• Unit does not accept first time travelers.
• Floating required to like units - travelers must be flexible to floating.
• Every other weekend required.

Experience:

Must have surgical telemetry experience, open heart surgery and vascular (groin) radial band management, IV skills, NIH 2-3 years telemetry experience; optional - VAD, TAVR experience.

Certs

Required:

ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

Surgical Cardiac Telemetry Unit: myocardial infarction, rule out MI, primary arrhythmias, pre/post open-heart surgery patients, vascular surgery patients, coronary artery disease, heart failure, pre/post cath lab with or without interventions, stroke patients with cardiac involvement; specialized structural heart support (VAD, TVAR, etc).

P ratio is 1:4 across the board (can be 5 at midnight).

Breathing Treatments, Chest Tube Set-up/Care, CPAP/BiPap, Trach Care.

Blood/Blood Products Administration.

Cardioversion/Defibrillation, Epicardial Pacer Management.

LVAD, Open Heart 24-28 hours Post-Op.

Tele Interpretation - Dysrhythmia Interpretation and management.
