Infection Control Director

Ballard Center is hiring an Infection Control Nurse for day shift. Salary: $104K–124K.

As an Infection Preventionist (IP RN), you will develop, direct, and monitor the facility's infection prevention.

• Must have Bachelors/Associate degree with a minimum of two (2) years' experience in Long Term Care or human services.
• Unencumbered RN license in the state or LPN license.
• Knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
• Infection control experience.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
• Experience with Point Click Care .
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English language to ensure safety and wellbeing of patients and visitors.
• Provide verification of TST (tuberculin skin test) as required by state law and in accordance with Company policy. TSTs will be administered at the work site if required.

Associates or better in Nursing.
