Role Overview
RN - NICU PEDS Transport @ Swedish First Hill – Part Time. The position involves ground transport of premature neonates up to 18‑year‑olds, providing critical care and collaborating with MDs, ARNPs, and RTs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide critical care during ground transport for neonatal and pediatric patients.
- Collaborate closely with MDs, ARNPs, and RTs to ensure the highest level of care.
- Maintain flexibility, independence, and initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and problem‑solving skills.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse license upon hire.
- National Provider BLS (American Heart Association) upon hire.
- National Provider PALS (American Heart Association) upon hire.
- National Provider NRP (American Academy of Pediatrics) upon hire.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience.

$48.85 - $89.91 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
