Job Description
Harborview Medical Center’s (HMC) Neurosurgery Clinic has an outstanding opportunity for an ARNP, Nurse Practitioner or PA-C, Physician Assistant Certified.
Work Schedule- Full-time, 100% FTE, 40 hours per week
- M‑F Days
The Neurological Surgery Clinic is located in the Ninth and Jefferson Building at Harborview Medical Center. It provides comprehensive assessment and management of neurological conditions, including acute vascular anomalies, brain tumors, aneurysms, movement disorders and diseases of the nervous system. The clinic is staffed by attending physicians who evaluate patients for advanced elective procedures and diagnostic studies.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide clinical expertise to patients and their families
- Serve as a resource person for health care providers
- Participate in research and teaching programs
- Work independently under the guidance of attending physicians, chief resident, and department nurse manager
Nurse Practitioner:
- Master’s Degree in nursing from an accredited school of nursing
- Washington State Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License with prescriptive privileges
- National certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- ACLS certification
OR
Physician Assistant:
- Licensure as a Physician Assistant in the State of Washington with national certification from NCCPA
- Eligible to receive hospital staff appointments for adjunct staff membership under Medical Staff By‑Laws for hospital‑based positions
- ACLS certification
Pay Range Minimum: $ annual
Pay Range Maximum: $ annual
Other Compensation: Relocation assistance available
