An established outpatient pediatric clinic in the Seattle, WA area is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a per diem primary care assignment. This is a well-supported, outpatient-only opportunity with a consistent schedule, strong clinical team, and an established patient panel.

Position Overview
Provide outpatient pediatric primary care in a collaborative environment, focusing on preventive care, routine visits, and management of common acute and chronic conditions. Average patient volume: 18–22 patients per day (adjust if needed — this is more realistic and attractive)
Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive outpatient pediatric care Perform routine wellness visits and preventive screenings Diagnose and manage common pediatric conditions Coordinate referrals and follow-up care Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Qualifications
Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Active Washington state license or ability to obtain Pediatric or primary care experience preferred Local candidates strongly preferred
