Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – NICU

Registered Nurse (RN) – NICU Location and Shift

  • Location:
    Richland, Washington
  • Full-Time 36 hours weekly - Night Shift

Our partner is currently hiring a full-time NICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a night shift opportunity within a respected healthcare organization in Richland, Washington.

Compensation
  • Base pay is $79K(plus) annually. Posted rates reflect the minimum starting salary, and compensation is highly negotiable based on experience and overall fit.
  • Compensation is highly negotiable for the right candidate.
  • Compensation is based upon relevant nursing experience and other applicable factors.
  • Additional compensation opportunities may include shift differentials, overtime, premiums, and bonus opportunities where applicable.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver specialized nursing care within the NICU environment.
  • Monitor and assess neonatal patients.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
  • Educate and support patient families throughout treatment and recovery.
  • Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care.
Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Active Washington RN license or eligibility.
  • BLS certification required.
  • NRP certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred.
  • Nurse who values teamwork, compassion, and communication.
