Registered Nurse (RN) – NICU Location and Shift
- Location:
Richland, Washington - Full-Time 36 hours weekly - Night Shift
Our partner is currently hiring a full-time NICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a night shift opportunity within a respected healthcare organization in Richland, Washington.
This is an opportunity to work within a supportive and mission-driven environment where nurses are empowered to grow professionally while delivering meaningful care to newborns and families during some of their most vulnerable moments.
Compensation- Base pay is $79K(plus) annually. Posted rates reflect the minimum starting salary, and compensation is highly negotiable based on experience and overall fit.

- Deliver specialized nursing care within the NICU environment.
- Monitor and assess neonatal patients.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Educate and support patient families throughout treatment and recovery.
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Active Washington RN license or eligibility.
- BLS certification required.
- NRP certification within 90 days of hire.
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred.
- Nurse who values teamwork, compassion, and communication.
