Per Diem Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - South Lake Union

• Casual Employee (per diem, hourly clinician role)
• 16‑24 patient care hours per week

• Seeing patients in South Lake Union (with float to nearby clinics as needed)

• Seeing patients with a broad array of needs; conducting acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel‑building role)
• Treating patients in‑office and conducting occasional tele‑health visits
• Collaborating with in‑office teammates via daily huddles, and with virtual clinical teams
• Utilizing your clinical training and performing in‑office procedures
• Obtaining additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in other states, if required

• At least 2 years of primary care experience
• Licensed in Washington or ability to obtain licensure there
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication in 1‑on‑1 and group settings
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑growing, mission‑driven organization that uses data to improve patient outcomes
• Board certification

• Passion for human‑centered primary care

• Proficiency in technology for high‑quality care delivery
• Evidence‑based primary care skills

Hourly rate: $90.00 (final determination based on experience and schedule). Additional pay may be awarded for exceeding specified qualifications and requirements.
