LPN / RN Skilled Nursing (Full Time)

Skyline at First Hill is Seattle’s premier luxury retirement community. This full‑time nursing position will support the Director of Nursing with assessments, admissions, and other duties while providing compassionate, effective care to residents.

• Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to residents.
• Support the Director of Nursing with assessments, admissions, and other duties as assigned.
• Ensure residents’ comprehensive needs are met in accordance with Skyline nursing team policies.
• Review routines, calendar of events, and resident needs.
• Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock, and counted.
• Ensure all charting and record keeping is accurate and complete.
• Promote the Mission, Vision, and Values of Skyline/Transforming Age.
• Support our Culture of Excellence in all areas of responsibility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Graduate of an accredited LPN/RN program.
• Active LPN/RN license in Washington state in good standing.
• Experience in a nursing home (long‑term care preferred but not required).
• Flexibility to work occasional weekend or holiday shifts.
• Knowledge of DHS regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work well and collaboratively with team members and external individuals.
• Completion of a background check, drug screen, medical exam, and other pre‑employment screenings as required.

Competitive pay: $40–$47 per hour for LPN, up to $55 per hour for RN. Excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement for full‑time team members. Generous paid time off and other perks for full‑time and part‑time team members.

Occasional need to push, pull, or support up to 75 lbs.
