We have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team! This role is a vital part in the care of our residents and to be a valued member of our community! We look forward to learning more about how, together, we can Transform the Perception of Age!
This role pays $50 to $55 per hour DOE
Our Registered Nurses:
- Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to our incredible residents.
- Support the DON (Director of Nursing) with assessments, admissions, and other duties as assigned.
- Ensure residents comprehensive needs are met, in accordance with the Parkshore nursing team
- Review routines, calendar of events and resident needs
- Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted
- Ensure all charting and record keeping is accurate and complete
- Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age, our Culture of Excellence, in all areas of responsibility.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you need to succeed!
- Be a graduate of an accredited RN Program
- Have an active RN license in the state, in good standing
- Experience in a Nursing Home (Assisted Living or Long-Term Care preferred, but not required)
- Have flexibility, able to work the occasional weekend/holiday as needed.
- Have knowledge of DHS Regulations
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well and collaboratively with team members and external individuals.
- Completion of a background check, drug screen. Other pre-employment screenings may include physical, TB test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.
Physical Requirements:
- On occasion, may need to push/pull/support up to 75 lbs.
