The nurse case manager coordinates the care and service of selected patient populations through the acute care episode, across the continuum. The role works collaboratively with inter‑disciplinary teams, both internal and external to the organization, to improve patient care through effective utilization and monitoring of healthcare resources. The nurse case manager assumes a leadership role to achieve desired clinical, financial, and resource outcomes.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited nursing program or equivalent, or graduate of an accredited Bachelors Nursing degree program.
- Applicants without a BSN must actively pursue and attain a BSN within three years of hire. Continued employment beyond three years is contingent upon attaining the BSN degree.
- Washington Registered Nurse License required upon hire.
- Minimum of three years of registered nursing experience in an acute care hospital.
- At least one year of hospital case management experience.

In addition to the base pay range, additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities.
