*** Full-time Evenings ( 100% FTE)
* Mondays
- Fridays 3:00pm-11:30pm

** PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
*** Thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment where multitasking and strong organizational skills are essential
* Provide staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including answering phones and triaging call lights
* Respond to patient and family inquiries in a timely, courteous, and accurate manner
* Assist in maintaining a welcoming and organized unit environment for patients, families, and staff
* Work closely with the charge RN to help manage patient flow, prioritize unit needs, and coordinate admits, transfers, and discharges
* Prepare and compile discharge packets to support timely and safe patient discharges
* Coordinate transportation and appropriate paperwork for patient transfers and diagnostic testing
* Handle unit paperwork, including patient chart maintenance, consent forms, and other documentation
* Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and restock as needed Utilize computer systems such as Epic, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook for communication, documentation, and coordination
* Partner with all members of the care team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery
* Perform other duties as assigned
** REQUIREMENTS
* ** High school graduation or equivalent AND
* One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience
** OR
* ** An equivalent combination of education/experience
