Job Description
UW Medical Center–Montlake has an outstanding opportunity for an Assistant Nurse Manager/RN3 to join our ICU Resource Department.
Work Schedule- 90% FTE
- Evenings and Night Shift
- 36 hours/week
- Assists with RN3 operational and leadership duties as applicable
- Collaborates closely with the Nurse Manager, RN3 peers, and ICU Resource Team staff
The Resource Team assistant nurse manager assists the nurse manager to develop, maintain, and evaluate the ongoing operations of the Resource Team. This position is primarily dedicated to supporting and supervising the Critical Care Float Pool with secondary responsibility and supervision of the STAT RN Program and Vascular Access Team.
PrimaryJob Responsibilities
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse license or valid Multistate license.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Masters preferred.
- Minimum of two years recent ICU experience or ICU Resource Team experience.
- STAT RN experience, Charge RN experience.
- Current ACLS.
Pay Range Minimum: $49.23 hourly
Pay Range Maximum: $90.33 hourly
Other Compensation: $5.00/hr night shift, $3.00/hr evening shift, $4.00/hr weekends, $1.00/hr BSN Differential, $1.25/hr Nursing Certification
